Shipping Policy

A. Shipping Costs

We are offering free shipping on all orders.

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

• Shipments are generally in transit for 2 – 3 days (Monday to Sunday).
• Order cut-off time is 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).
• Order handling time is 0 - 1 business day (Monday to Sunday).

C. Delivery Terms

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon for fast and reliable shipping service.

D. Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected].

E. Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, we can accept cancellations at any time. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

F. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and contact our customer service team. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us for the next steps.
